Can be described as a perfectly pleasant experience, would definitely recommend. The place is modern and reasonably clean, everything is fantastic, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The employees are attentive and knowledgeable. The location is the best and top, as the hotel is based close to the waterfront.

We stayed in a double room which was air-conditioned and fashionable. Wonderful very central location right by the city's most fascinating sights, a very grande apartment/office building, 56 m heigh ceilings and doors for the giants and pedestrian street.

Hotel's breakfast was good with meats, juice, freshly pureed juice and could satisfy any taste. It had top location right by the ferry terminals, and how to take the train to Pompeii/Herculaneum. All the staff was well-trained and extremely friendly and greeted us warmly

The location was top and ideal, really close to restaurants in Naples, how to take the train to Pompeii/Herculaneum and other interesting sights to see in the city, the train station on a safe main street and a very grande apartment/office building, 56 m heigh ceilings and doors for the giants. The staff were all accommodating, excellent service. The location of the hotel was marvellous - relatively close to a medieval fortress. And the area was fairly quiet, close to the historical center, the train station and the port, the historial centre and train station, and the centre of the old town.
Even though everything was good, some of the staff were not so helpful.

The location of this hotel was particularly good! We found nice Bar n'amore e' Cafe' nearby with hot beverages. The double room we booked was new-fashioned. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows.

the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and incredibly nice, with fab dishes. there was free wi-fi throughout the property and the service in general was exceptional. it was nice that wake up calls and ironing were for free too. the location was great and fantastic, staff were accommodating.
