The hotel was in an excellent and wonderful position adjacent to the Antico Pozza restaurants, the picturesque Lake Como and Bellagio on several occasions in the past. The staff were happy to help at any hour and was accommodating from morning till night.

Greatly enjoyed how nice the property was and its exceptionally nice staff on our request. The room was well-kept exactly like in those pictures, we stayed here for 2 nights. The location in the centre of town was stunning and beautiful. And it's not too far away from The Courtyard, ate there once or twice.

This place was ideal for what we needed, would recommend. The hotel's location was marvellous and stunning, to Antico Pozzo residence from the 30th to the 1st of January with a bakery and supermarkets within walking distance. We loved attached restaurant which served great food.

Everything there were perfect, including really good facilities. The location unbeatable and stunning really close to everything even supermarket is two minutes away. Just off the Residence Antico Pozzo, and an alley of steps.

Really enjoyed it and would have extended the stay. Had FAIRLY NICE stay in a very beautiful town and very nice and clean appartment, the staff were accommodating, location was excellent on the waterfront.
We liked staying here and would stay here again. It was reasonably priced, compared to other ideal central hotels.

I had studio suite which was tidy, large bed. It was in the heart of Bellagio, and so close to Lungolago Europa. You could walk to a bakery and a supermarket.

Everything was really good, incredible location really close to the lakefront, the old town, and a restaurant '' Antico Pozzo '', excellent staff. The rooms at this ideal central hotel were well-kept and beautifully maintained with all required facilities. The breakfast was served in the restaurant and the food was nice.

Such a very nice stay in a very beautiful town and very nice and clean appartment. Fabulous base for staying in the centre of Bellagio. Absolutely kind staff and particularly good location close to Bellagio and Lake Como, and people who want to sleep early. For tea or coffee visit Gelateria del Borgo nearby. Reasonably priced rooms, spotless and neat with the sofa bed for our son.
