The hotel's location is great and stunning, just off the centre of Como, lake and the main restaurants in Como. The staff are caring and flexible, managed the parking nearby. The units were good sized and amazing with large open balcony.

I greatly enjoyed the room with nice furniture. A bidet, shower caps, and bath sheets were available there. The location was great and fab, at a walking distance from Lago di Como. The staff was affable - I would book again👍

i had a really lovely experience here, everything was very comfortable, the location was exceptionally nice just next door to in between the 2 train stations for easy day trips to lugano as well as the lake, the ferry and the city. the staff was very friendly and caring, some of them especially.

Rooms were air-conditioned and tidy, excellent location. We were in a superior apartment with an individual safe, a work desk and a couch bed. A supermarket and a market are so close to the hotel.
