The staff were attentive day and night. The room was brand-new, huge and complete with spacious private bathroom, equipment working well, for example. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

Enjoyed every detail about my very comfortable 1 night stay here. The triple room was tastefully decorated with coffee/tea making machines, flat-screen television, and a writing table. The staff were nice and amicable, no complaints. The location of the property was nice and convenient, very close to all tourist attractions.

This place was deluxe in general with an attentive and affable staff team. The triple room had all necessary amenities. The location was perfect and comfortable - not far from the historical centre of Naples, and rather close to the Central train station and most attractions as well as the train station. Naples Historical Centre district was worth staying in.

Everything was perfect and lots to do. Everyone we met from the staff was attentive. The hotel had a central setting very close to all tourist attractions. Further, it was right by the city center, close to famous pizzerias, the beautiful Naples, and Via dei Tribunali, one of the main streets of the historical center.

Everything was brand new, I felt safe. I liked coffee, cakes, cereal and croissants served for breakfast. The beds and pillow were very comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, easy to find. The breakfast they prepared was tasty; what is more there's Dal Presidente Pizzeria not that far away...
