Excellent overall experience. Everything was fairly clean and excellent. Magnificent and amazing location in Forte dei Marmi, near to the beach and the nicest shops in Forte dei Marmi, the pier and a lovely garden. For tea or coffee visit Caffe Mazzini nearby. Breakfast with a very honest rate.

The staff is superfriendly here, the services are excellent, and location is marvellous next to all major restaurants and bars and clubs and shops & restaurants. The units were tidy and beautifully designed with the balcony. Overall fabulous food, plus there is Pasticceria Mariani close by.
