The staff was incredibly polite and attentive and solved our problems immediately. There were very comfy beds and a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe inside the room.

Everything was very comfortable and the view was absolutely stunning. The staff was really helpful, the bathroom was really good. Had a safe and 2 small balconies in my junior suite. Got good bed and free Wi-Fi. It was in a super central setting right in the heart of the Old Town. A few times I ate at Trattoria da Nennella, located not very far from the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights in this property.

Everything was very comfortable, we had unforgettable 2 days here. Every staff member was affable and very welcoming. The location of the hotel was amazing and magnificent - within easy walking distance of a funerary chapel. Further, it was really close to the centre of Naples, a former palace and old town.

It was fine base for travelling to Naples, I was glad to stay there. The superfriendly and friendly staff gave good recommendations. Amazing and magnificent location just off the old town of Naples, nice coffee shops and restaurants and the always living piazza Dante, I felt safe. Also, I visited a funerary chapel.

The location of this hotel close to the historical centre and the Spanish neighbourhood, the always living piazza Dante and the Old Town was particularly good and stunning. Naples Historical Centre district was worth exploring. I booked a junior suite with a work desk, a multi-channel TV and a seating area. The bathroom was amazing and included a bidet, which I greatly enjoyed.
