It made my trip to Naples a fab experience. Really kind and kind staff and the place was fairly clean. Appreciated the way my budget room was arranged with private terrace, frequent new towels, as example. Fantastic services were available. Besides, I was able to park nearby.

The location was excellent and wonderful, near to churches, the oldtown between Piazza Gesu Nuovo and the main streets in the old town. Again, the hotel was at a walking distance from Underground Naples. The room was impeccably clean and huge with a separate bathroom. The beds were comfy.

View was particularly nice, breakfast was free, and beds were comfortable. The staff were accommodating people. The superior room I got was huge. The hotel's location was incredible and wonderful, short walk to bustling Naples, the funky, gritty Centro Storico, and public transports. Also, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from The d-Day Story Museum. I thoroughly enjoyed 2 nights in this property.
The staff - some of them were a little indifferent.

Had very lovely 2 nights here. The staff were all affable, accommodating. Had essentials needed in the deluxe queen room, including a microwave, coffee/tea making facilities, and a fridge. The setting was incredible and amazing, very close to Naples and Sorrento and the centre. Naples Historical Centre district was worth exploring.
