I was upgraded to an a nice size and well-equipped room. There was a fairly clean. The location suited the needs, it was decent and exceptionally nice close to everything.

The location was FANTASTIC and unbeatable, close to the train station. Popped in The Red Lion for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

We had a very comfortable 9 nights stay. The staff turned out to be amazingly nice. The booked room was quiet and perfect with a very comfortable bed. An air conditioner, a mini-refrigerator, and a kettle turned out to be good.

Everything was brand-new overall. The staff was very attentive and gave tips about the places in Naples. Our neat and huge room was equipped with the basics like an ironing set, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk. We got a walk-in shower too. The location was marvellous, close enough to a tube station and easy to find. Was in a very vibrant area and near bars and restaurants. The stay was very comfortable!

spotless room, huge, had a perfectly clean bathroom. thanks to very attentive staff the atmosphere was quiet. not really worth mentioning, nonetheless problem with shower was fixed quickly. the hotel was in a marvellous position just next door to a metro station, the center and the touristic area.
