The personnel was wonderfully friendly and outstandingly accommodating, and the host too. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a safe box, central heating, and an iron with ironing board.

Had an incredible stay of our holiday, everything was perfect. Its staff was amicable and extremely accommodating. The location was lovely and incredible - next to shops and restaurants, the center of town and the Torre Pendente and shops and bars. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Bispham Parish Church. This hotel met requests, we recommend to anyone.

It was short walk to Leaning Tower and shopping areas and the bars and restaurants of the city centre, marvellous and incredible location overall. The rooms were unique, compact, and had an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and TV.

The location was unbeatable and awesome, within walking distance of Santo Sepolcro Church. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away. The breakfast included eggs and cheese for everyone.

Worth its 3 stars. We really enjoyed our stay; the rooms and location were wonderful. We found nice Gelateria Artigianale Rufus nearby with hot beverages. We were greeted by friendly host.
