Extraordinary service-minded, fabulously helpful staff, unbeatable location just next door to many restaurants, inexpensive Garda ferries, nice bars and restaurants, and the lovely promenade. Variety of options for breakfast including fresh bread, pastries, fresh fruit, and meats.

Possibly the best and really amazing stay for a second visit in 2018. Delicious breakfast for all tastes with cappuccino and bananas, for example. Very spacious building, incredible and lovely location close enough to the center of town, the Lake for sightseeing as well as for entertainment, and Salo. Also, close to the centre of salo.

We got a room with a bidet. It was new-fashioned and had an incredible view of the lake. The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to water bus stop too.
The bed was uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

The hotel was in an excellant and beautiful location so close to shops and restaurants with lovely setting on the lake, both the restaurants and all the wonderful sights, sports and leisure activities that are available in the surrounding areas and the surrounding areas. Everything was perfect and the view was fantastic. The staff was attentive and competent in any situation. The deluxe queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was airy. Private bathrooms, that included a bidet. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, inexpensive Garda ferries, nice bars and restaurants and the ferry port.
