Everything was clean and fab. All in all perfect location, not far from the central square, all the sights, restaurants and shops, and the Leaning Tower and Cathedral. And a minute walk from Saint Mary's Cathedral. Comfy bed in quadruple room with a personal safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. Great views of city.

Overall it was functional and soundproof, with a functional bathroom. The staff were ready to help, they care about everyone. Central location of this friendly family run hotel was a bonus.
Paid gbp 7 per 24 hours to access the net, however Wi-Fi was very spotty.

I had soundproof room with terrace and the real window. The breakfast offered a lot of great meals. It was just off many good restaurants and bars along the way, shops for souvenirs and the Leaning Tower which could be seen from the breakfast terrace, incredible and amazing location overall.

We loved it, the hotel was picture perfect and had beautiful location and staff. It featured a functional decor and included an a decent size bathroom. The property was set in a pretty quiet area. A 58m-high tower was also near to the property. The friendly check-in too.
