The place is luxurious and fairly clean, everything is very good, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff is reasonably good and hospitable. Efficient service, the breakfast is varied and free.

Charming old unit with coffee maker, the terrace, for example. The magnificent and fab location for the price, really close to surrounding areas, which is one of the highest in the area and Pisas main attractions, that and the rooftop bar. Nice food in the restaurants such as Miller and Carter, located 5 min away.

As for me, the location was perfect and best possible, very close to the attractions of Pisa and the leaning Tower and the Cathedral. The breakfast was varied and above average with fruit, yogurt plus pastries, and the team was service-minded and kept the space reasonably clean. The service was all in all very good.
