The location is fantastic and great, around 10-15 minutes walk from an artillery fort. The personnel is very kind. The family room is brand-new with a wonderful view, balcony and large comfortable beds.
As we remember, there was no balcony.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met every demand. Loved my 6 nights stay. Food was fantastic, staff was wonderful. I had new-fashioned and incredible triple room. A hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets were very handy. The hotel was great, it had an unbeatable and marvellous location just next door to La Cioca restaurant, great food and service, the mountains and the ski slopes. Bar Robe di Kappa Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

i spent 2 nights and would definitely come back. the hotel was located near gran roc, the slopes and la cioca restaurant. the triple room i got was complete with a double bed, a wonderful view, as for instance. having a bidet, a dryer and bath sheets was a bonus.
