The venue is adorable, with fab food and unbeatable location close to the centre. Very good service, the breakfast was generous and great and they have public parking if needed. The atmosphere is quiet.

There where an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in my double room. The breakfast was generous and good and included. The location was good and absolutely perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Ferry Terminal. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the stuff were amazingly nice.

Had a comfortable stay in the winter time, strongly recommend this place. The location was great, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was very nice! Location: the hotel was close enough to the railway station, several restaurants, and the city center and the main train station. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Lake Como.
