Thoroughly enjoyed this pleasant accommodation with very friendly and genuinely helpful staff in kind service and helpful service. The location was top and nice, relatively close to St George's Hall Liverpool. There was an amazing restaurant, supermarkets and shops next door.

The whole room was well-equipped and spotless and had an iron, an electronic key card, and a TV. Its location was incredible, near the ferries, and main sightseeings. Again, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Museum of Liverpool.

Very special and wonderful location near to restaurants as well as a train/metro station, I felt safe. Visited Lungomare Caracciolo, one of the tourist spots, located within a close distance from the hotel. The service offered was very good.

The hotel was spotless and had huge rooms. They made my stay good. Loved WiFi, terrace and closet space in the room. Breakfast was absolutely superb - plenty of food and complimentary drinks.
