All in all good value. Fabulous, fairly clean place and busy area. Soundproof rooms with a fan, a refurbished bathroom, as for instance, exceptionally nice staff that functions as a receptionist. Good and excellent location for our visit to Cable Car Como-Brunate approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The train station minutes from the property.

The location was great and stunning - next to bars and restaurants. Thanks to a bus station right next to the hotel, all the landmarks in Como were within reach. The breakfast was lovely and splendid with sweets; and the staff was pleasant.
