Modern, great budget property. Good-sized and brand-new units with oven, a double bed, private bathroom, amazingly nice employees. Coffee and fresh bread for breakfast, nice touch. Convenient, peaceful location in Fiumicino, close enough to the sightseeing area for 15€ per person per way as well as the grocery store. Also, on a taxi from the port.

The hotel has peaceful location adjacent to flight path, Leonardo Da Vinci airport and the train terminal at the airport. We had a fine bedroom.

Liked my 1 night stay. The staff were all excellent, fantastic friendly. The location was quiet and perfect for traveling around Fiumicino, near to a residential area with shops, a nice neighbourhood and Fiumicino airport. I found Il Karma offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. I had fine days staying at this low cost hotel.

The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a charming area, just off taxis from airport, the Fuimicino airport and a residential area with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Every staff member was very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating. King room was nicely decorated and neat had hypoallergenic pillows.

Loved our stay, had nice 5 days overall. Excellent friendly and excellent staff, suggested places to visit. The room was fine and with large beds. The hotel was luxury and in a remote location.
The bathroom was too small.

No complaint, the venue met what was needed, totally recommend it. The property was immaculately clean with pleasant staff. There were central heating, a work desk, and a TV set in the room, appreciated that. The location was peaceful - short walk to Airport and Ostia Antico ancient Roman port and Pecora Nera restaurant. Had tea and goodies at Yoghobar Danone Roma, nestled 3 km of the hotel.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.
