The property is gorgeous, it has very friendly staff upon explaining our dislike of the dining experience. The building is very cute and the rooms are a nice size and panoramic with terrace, great view, cupboards. Enjoyable breakfast is served in the terrace.

Accommodation was big and wonderful with dedicated and excellent staff upon explaining our dislike of the dining experience. The location was perfect for exploring this very relaxing area, so close to bars of Sirmione, a peaceful garden, and the Roman ruins. Found The Cavern Club, it's not too far away from the hotel.
Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was too hard.

Plus, the location is perfect and incredibly comfortable, minutes from a memorial park. Btw, it's set in a very pleasant area short walk to other parts of the lake, the Castello and the old part of town, and the center. The breakfast offers a good choice of pastries and fruit.

Location: absolutely perfect, close to the center of Sirmione, all the wonderfull sights, restaurants and bars and the shores of Lake Garda. Again, not far from a sculpture gallery.

Overall had very very good stay on the weekend before New Years Eve. Pastries and fruit served for breakfast were savoury. The hotel was in an unbeatable location not far from the centre of the old town, lake with garden area, and nearest restaurant.
