This place is great and the staff are amiable. The units are fashionable, reasonably large with coffee machine, amazing shower, for instance. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The property is in a stunning location very close to the train station. Overall incredible food, plus there is The Red Lion close by.

Everything was perfect from the great service to the fine food. The personnel was supper friendly and exceptional, and the host too. The rooms were newly renovated and stylish with a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and television. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was excellent. The location was beautiful and good in the town centre, great for for what we needed. Besides, it was adjacent to the main pier, restaurants and top attractions, and Lake Como and Locanda Alberti.

I appreciated convenient placing of a mini-refrigerator, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle in the twin room. The location was great and lovely, so close to the lake, convenient to go everywhere. Plus, it was just off a restaurant that is connected to the hotel, serving traditional food and drinks, grocery store, restaurants and other services such as laundry, and boat stop.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. The hotel's position was marvellous, near the lake and the boat/ferry dock, and a restaurant that is connected to the property, serving traditional food and drinks. I tried some drinks at bar Bar Roma, located 5 minutes walk away.

The location turned out to be marvellous, close enough to restaurants and top attractions, a nice area, and the main pier. And such places like Chiesa di San Lorenzo where really close to the hotel too. I really enjoyed the fantastic food they offered.

I stayed here for a trip and would definitely stop here again. Everything was amazing and rooms were brand-new and luxurious. I greatly enjoyed the room with a view, the bed was comfortable. That hotel was in an ideal location, very close to water front. A lot of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding!
