The hotel is incredibly beautiful and clean, nestled in a neat building with lovely view of the sea. The staff is pleasant, helpful. The units are new-fashioned, well laid out. Magnificent and beautiful location right on the Promenade, the property is very close to the train station.

This was an enjoyable stay for 2 nights on our way back to Rome Airport. We ate at a popular restaurant for dinner. The beds were lovely and the view out to ocean was marvellous. The location for our purpose was magnificent, close to a train station. Enjoyed the fairly quiet area.

The location was so beautiful and the bkfast staff were outstanding. Very lovely view, a beautiful balcony, really lovely bed, too. The beach was sandy. Plus, distance to Porta Livorno was only 1 km. Parking was nearby, efficient service. The hotel was such perfect, but I stayed for 2 nights only...
