The rooms were big size, it was fairly clean and fairly large venue. This was a marvellous and unbeatable location really close to the sea side and the beach, the train station, cruise port, markets, and, of course, the fabulous esplanade and cruise-port. And it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Mandarin Fusion, ate there once or twice. The service was helpful, including a friendly check-in.

It's a quiet property in Civitavecchia, good value. Great and amazing location near to train station, you can walk everywhere. Outdoor restaurant has good food choices. No reason to complain, I couldn't recommend more this place and would come back for sure.

Plus, the location is great, minutes from Michelangelo Fortress. Can get to the bus station within 5 minutes' walk. I loved the staff, they are amazingly nice and pleasant. I'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with a double bed, a 25ft balcony, for example was not a problem.
The bathrooms are very small.
