Had such wonderful stay in February. Greatly enjoyed the room, it was newly decorated with a spectacular view, clean bathroom and a kettle. Being right by a ferry port was a bonus.

Consistently courteous and pleasant staff did a great job. Stunning and good location on the shores of Lake Como was a plus. What's more, it was close enough to the centre of the town, a music festival and ferries to Como, Bellagio & other lake towns.

Appreciated the hotel, it is quirky and fairly clean, has best possible location right on the plaza overlooking the lake. I got extremely pleasant and romantic room with balcony. Food in the downstairs bar was good.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Had a very special time. The venue was lovely old fashioned, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent near to the lake and mountains, the ferry stop and ferry terminal and town. Booked a room with panoramic views of the lake. The downstairs bar was lovely and the staff were very attentive.

Fairly clean hotel, services where very good and location was absolutely perfect close to everything. All the stuff members were very attentive. The room was recently refurbished, not to mention views over the lake from the window. The restaurant served a lot of meals for breakfast. I had special days staying at this old-fashioned property.

The hotel was in an awesome and brilliant position not far from the restaurant and great breakfast, the town's shops and the lake with restaurants and bars in walking distance. Besides, Ferry Terminal was 3 km away from the property. The king room was compact, included a hair dryer, a bidet, and bath sheets. The view straight on to lake was perfect.
The staff were absolutely rude, didn't expect that coming.
