The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were amicable. The room was recently decorated and new-fashioned, included with a comfortable bed as well as modern bathroom. Main bar was there.

My room was nicely equipped and well-designed with a beautiful view. Very central location just off funicular, restaurants, cafes, shops, and ferry launch and cernobbio near Swiss border, it was in a pretty nice area. Easily reached Zorbas Greek Restaurant, located at a short distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The place was immaculately clean, I booked the standard queen room with lake views, everything was absolutely great. I loved the room and its fresh decor. There was a wide array of good meals. Location: the hotel was so close to the public transport, and the best restaurants in the area as well as great restaurants.

We booked a standard double room, it was complete with make up mirror, modern bathroom, for example. The location in a historic area was magnificent and there were the main shopping centre and shopping centres nearby. The restaurant here was lovely for dinner.
Some of the staff were extremely rude.
