The place was spotlessly clean and safe, had pretty friendly and amiable staff at the reception desk. The location was amazing and particularly good, close to a metro stop and the port, a ferry to Sorrento, and gift shops. Besides, Piazza Trieste e Trento was 1 km away from the property.
Actually, Wi-Fi was horrible and our bed was a bit hard.

The food was local, the breakfast was good hot. The hotel's location was best possible, close to the main shopping center of via Toledo and the historical centre. The stuff was professional, with nice attitude.

Stayed here for 4 nights and did not want to leave there. The place was nicely appointed and had extremely helpful and very amiable staff at the reception desk, loved the stay. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was warm.

The venue is impeccably clean, with fantastic and amazing location close to Capri noand other places such as Sorrento, Close to Molo Beverello from where boats go to Capri and nearby restaurants. The employees are superfriendly and helpful. This hotel offers a wonderful breakfast with bacon and a view of the Via Medina, as example.

The room was large and the staff was kind! A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Trattoria da Nennella that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Suitable place for shopping. It was very convenient to stay within 15 minutes' walk from san gregorio armeno.
