The place was impeccably clean and we loved twin room. Really enjoyed central heating, a work desk, and television in the room. The staff was excellent and lovely, offered friendly services. The location was stunning for Viareggio, close enough to many good restaurants and bars, and beach and great restaurants. Besides, the hotel was 4 km away from Viareggio harbour.

The location was perfect, at a moderate distance from La Passeggiata. The staff was superfriendly and affable. The unit we got was silent and modern with balcony, almost the same view, for instance.

The place was exceptionally clean, I booked the triple room with sea views, everything was perfect. Magnificent location, I was close to the beach. Also was close to restaurants and bars.

The venue was reasonably clean and spacious. The personnel was AMICABLE and welcoming. The room was silent with 3 beds a double, a nice balcony plus almost the same view, just what was needed. The location was excellent and beautiful for Viareggio, just next door to the sea and the park and pines. Also, Lido di Camaiore was 2 km away. We didn't want to say goodbye, totally recommend.

We lovely spend 6 nights in Viareggio. The setting was perfect, close to the sea and the park, great restaurants and very nice park. It also was right beside the main promenade. The staff has always been excellent, and the facilities were good.

Close to pineta di ponente, 15 minutes' walk to Viareggio train station. The room faced the sea. Anisare, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel. Nothing beats being in playa.

Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel. Great location and relatively low prices. Public parking nearby. We totally recommend it to those visiting Viareggio.
