All in all we liked new-fashioned room with a beautiful view and the very spacious shower plus airco. Hotel's location was great and lovely as it was not far from a boat dock.

The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a very nice area, near to the ferry, train station and town centre, the centre of Como and other sightseeing. I thoroughly enjoyed brand-new rooms with a beautiful view over como and very professional and well-trained staff. I had air conditioning, an individual safe, and an electronic key card.

Everything was perfect, helpful staff, unbeatable location not far from many cafes and restaurants, duomo, bars. They made my stay pleasant! I didn't have time and missed the a la carte breakfast. The service was all in all excellent.

la cucina di elsa is just a walk down to the hotel. good location and decent prices. we could visit tempio voltiano, which was 5 minutes on foot. parking was definitely a highlight.
