Overall it was tastefully decorated, with a private bathroom. Had iron/ironing board, a work desk, and TV. The location was nice for getting around, as a railway station was close to the hotel.
There was a hard bed.

The location of the hotel was great and stunning - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a victorian pier.
TBH, the room was somewhat basic, we expected better.

The place was pleasant and restaurant was lovely! Comforts of suite were fabulous - a work desk, a multi-channel TV and ironing facilities. Need to add that street view was a good bonus. Competent staff and everything was perfectly fine. The property was close to the train station.
