What a lovely stay, no complaints. Fantastic little, reasonably clean place, worth its 3 stars. A wide array of slices of fresh bread and cakes at breakfast. Ideal and stunning location - close to the train station.

Had a such wonderful stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. Enjoyed the standard king room with good lighting, felt like I were home. The location was fantastic and amazing, very close to restaurant. Besides, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 2 km away from the property.
Although everything was very good, some of the staff were very rude.

I didn't want to say goodbye and would like to go back here again. Greatly enjoyed the place, it was fantastic little and extremely convenient and worked for me. The breakfast had great choices and there were breads and cakes.

We didn't have time, so we would come there again. Thanks very much all for a really lovely stay for one night. The location was ideal - ease of access to Cable Car Como-Brunate. This hotel was in a very attractive area near to the lake, and shops, of course Lake Como and lakeside restaurants.

The staff was immensely pleasant and gave some great recommendations. The room was well heated and contemporary and it had a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets, that's cool. Breads and cakes provided for breakfast was fab.
