Simple and fairly clean hotel with especially helpful staff and particularly nice views to the mountains and the city. Neat building, quiet location near to the bus station, the town centre, and the center of Livigno.

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the place. A perfect and simple hotel, we had a very delightful stay. The location was particularly good and magnificent, for example, a compact ski resort was within easy walking distance of the venue.
Shame the bathroom was too small.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Clean property with adorable staff. Great and magnificent location to Mottolino slopes and easy access to a small shop and shops. Exceptionally comfortable room with exceptionally comfortable bed and central heating and TV. A good choice of products for a satisfactory breakfast.

All in all, it's IDEAL place. There is a good breakfast for a start. Loved the economy queen room and the way it was setup. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.
