Everything was great, efficient service, ideal location adjacent to two ski lifts, Madonna di Campiglio and Campo Carlo Magno. The stuff was excellant and very amiable all the time. The room was silent and reasonably large with an amazing forest view, had the best night sleep. Local dishes served at the lobby restaurant. We stayed here for 4 nights and greatly enjoyed the place.

Incredible base for skiing with good wi-fi. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a study table available in the superior double room. Amazing service from the super-friendly, amicable staff members. The breakfast with an amazing view.

All the staff members were extremely helpful. The room was cosy, particularly good, with really big beds. The setting of hotel was best possible and comfortable, in winter too far from the ski lifts. I ate in the lobby restaurant nearby.

Staff were pleasant, atmosphere was family, it had perfectly comfortable location very close to the restaurant and Dolomites. I got complimentary family king room as an upgrade, nice gesture. The service here was terrific.

Everything was great, we had sunny 4 days here. The room they gave us was exceptionally good and large with an amazing forest view. Location: the hotel was really close to the trucks passing through to the original reception area, Italien, and Madonna. There was a lobby restaurant nearby:)))
