Unbeatable location and fairly clean place, I loved flexible staff. It took only 5 minutes to walk to William Brown St bus stop. Booked quadruple room, had a perfect stay for one night. There was a luxury bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

Clean hotel in a pretty building right by a cafe round the corner which made a good start to the day, harbour, and the centre, the main walking street, the port to go to the islands, the train station, restaurants, bars. Absolutely perfect and excellent location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Also, in city center. Knowledgeable, amazingly helpful staff towards all guests.

It was an excellent boutique hotel that covered all our needs. The bed was very comfy, the room was not only spotless, but also new-fashioned. A work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a multi-channel television were much appreciated.
