The location stunning and magnificent by taxi from Varenna Esino railway station. And close enough to bars, restaurants, ferry port and train station, trains and ferries and the sublime Lake Como. Well air-conditioned room overall, with a view.

The location is central, very close to Lake Como's, mountains and the bigger Bellagio. You can relax at Nilus, located nearby. Whatever you need is this well air-conditioned room with all the comforts as well as the views from the Villa.

I truly enjoyed the elegant-style building and my well air-conditioned and reasonably large room. Its location a couple of blocks away from Mount Boletto was stunning and amazing. The service offered was exceptional. The staff were eager to help.

Had a such wonderful stay for 4 nights. The staff was accommodating & exceptionally nice. The breakfast was perfect and fantastic with a beautiful view, all the food was fantastic! The location of the hotel was central, just next door to amazing gardens with sweeping views over the Lake. I tried some drinks at bar Bar il Molo, located 10 minutes walk away. Truly enjoyed my stay.

Greatly enjoyed my fantastic stay for 4 nights. Had incredible breakfasts with many pastries and hot boiled eggs, as for instance in the terrace. Marvellous central location very close to the square and water front for bars, cafes and restaurants, the terrace / garden featured on the website, and ferries and rail🙂

My experience at this simple hotel was memorable. The staff were genuine, the location exceptional and the room updated. The place was minutes from Varenna heart of the city. I got free upgrade and loved it. Modern interior, great restaurant.
The bathroom was a bit small and Wi-Fi was terrible.

Very very friendly staff, excellent service, incredibly comfortable and comfy rooms. Absolutely incredible location - next to Paul Demaria. The bed was perfect and it was great having Wi-Fi and temperature control. Restaurant in hotel was excellent and the pool area was great. Besides, it had strong internet, handy to surf the net.

Thank you very much for an unforgettable stay. The sunny balcony has a glorious view. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. For dinner, we went to Ristorante du Lac, it was around 4-6 minutes walk the venue.
