Great quality and well-maintained hotel with caring staff in general helpful efficient and friendly service, liked our staying. This venue was located in a central area very close to the pier in bellagio, the shores of Lake Como and the private' beach' where there were plenty of beds and good attendance from the boys and girls. View of the lake was beautiful, the room was great-sized and brand-new.

Everything is fab here, had a lovely stay for our 4 night visit. Make sure you stay in the classic queen room with large balcony. The breakfast includes splendid food, such as pastries, yoghourt, and eggs. The location is stunning and fantastic, close to everything. Thank you very much, we would like to come again, loved this hotel.

The place was high quality and had very friendly and extremely helpful staff in the reception desk, truly enjoyed the stay. This was my 2nd stay, they offered classic king room with frescoed ceiling. Absolutely perfect location - just walking distance from everywhere I needed.

Had an amazing stay for four nights in a regular room. Overall it was well-appointed, with a marble bathroom. The staff were caring, everything was fantastic. The hotel was placed in the central location on the lakeside.

Gorgeous and outstanding breakfast especially on how the eggs are prepared was available. The location was amazing - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. All in all, it's true luxury place that has attentive and reasonably good staff in the reception desk. The breakfast offers a good choice of pastries, yoghourt, and eggs. Our hotel is set in a central location next to the private' beach' where there were plenty of beds, the Michelin starred Mistral restaurant and the beautiful gardens up-and-down the Lake.
