Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever, I can't recommend highly enough it. Got the same well-appointed deluxe king room with terrace booked online, loved that. All the staff was very very helpful and caring, solved my issues. The location was stunning and amazing, at a walking distance from Piazza Tasso.
