The staff was excellent and accommodating, always on hand when needed. The location was excellent, near Verona, which is a quick train ride away as well as restaurants in Desenzano, in an extra comfy area. Again, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Bispham Parish Church.

We had coffee, scrambled eggs, muffins, hot waffles, and pancakes for breakfast, it was brilliant. The hotel was in a great location just off Close to the lake and center of the town.

Functional and well-designed unit where breakfast is served too. A lot of meals for breakfast, including scrambled eggs, muffins, hot waffles, and pancakes. Excellent setting, just next door to the boats, the Centro and the port, and the harbor, the beach and the city center.
Beds were quite hard.

Thanks a lot all for a GREAT stay in a lovely holiday. It was stylish, new-fashioned and where breakfast is served too. Coffee, scrambled eggs, muffins, hot waffles, and pancakes was a bonus. The location was great and fantastic there, than in the surrounding area. And it was also just next door to buses, the Centro and the port, and the centre of Desenzano del Guarda.
