The staff was excellent and accommodating, always on hand when needed. The location was excellent, near Verona, which is a quick train ride away as well as restaurants in Desenzano, in an extra comfy area. Again, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Bispham Parish Church.

The staff was really friendly and excellent - we would love to come back. Stayed here with our child and everything was very good. We had coffee, scrambled eggs, muffins, hot waffles, and pancakes for breakfast, it was brilliant. The hotel was in a great location just off Close to the lake and center of the town.

The stay was absolutely enjoyable. The hotel was beautifuly designed and exceptionally clean, its location was perfect to several restaurant choices, exceptional service. We had a comfortable bedroom. We had complimentary WiFi and climate control.

Had a really enjoyable stay in a lovely holiday, everything was superb. The junior suite we stayed in was a nice size and well laid out by beds. The breakfast was exceptionally nice for a hotel of this rating with good coffee. The location was comfortable and walk from a lake and a hill.

Stayed here for 4 days, loved the hotel, it was clean with great location in the center. The staff was excellent and accommodating, whenever I needed help. The breakfast had plenty of options, coffee, scrambled eggs, muffins, hot waffles, and pancakes.

Thanks a lot all for a GREAT stay in a lovely holiday. It was stylish, new-fashioned and where breakfast is served too. Coffee, scrambled eggs, muffins, hot waffles, and pancakes was a bonus. The location was great and fantastic there, than in the surrounding area. And it was also just next door to buses, the Centro and the port, and the centre of Desenzano del Guarda.

Was a unique base for holiday. Great place to visit, overall clean, everything was very good. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, including scrambled eggs, muffins, hot waffles and pancakes. The location was magnificent in an extremely comfortable area, really close to close to lake, the center and molo. Also, a hilltop stone castle was within walking distance...

It's enjoyable base for sightseeing and exploring Desenzano del Garda. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The reception staff does a fabulous job.
