Booked this for our holiday and it met standards. Fine hotel, the staff were all wonderfully friendly and efficient and the location was amazing in the square. The food was excellent with plenty of alternatives.

All in all they offer great service. Good sized room with very comfortable beds and a big bathroom plus a balcony, and there's private parking onsite, if you travel by car. The staff in general is very friendly and decent.

Had an amazing stay for a short and nice vacation, it exceeded high expectations. Marvellous location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a pleasant enough area. The rooms were tidy in general, with a big bathroom.

The room was neat and perfect and what's more - included a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. It had exceptionally comfortable bed and exceptional views. The location was great and magnificent, close to Piazza Garibaldi. Stayed for 5 days and didn't want to leave, I would come here again.

The hotel was great and incredibly friendly, good value, ideal for what we needed. The staff were efficient, fairly friendly, would stay here again. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was spacious and air conditioned with a big bathroom. Our stay there was amazing:)))

Helpful and welcoming staff, provided useful info. Overall it was neat exactly like in the pictures. This was a comfortable and magnificent location really close to the historic centre in Naples, the railroad station, and trains. Their food was EXCELLENT with a lot of meals. We found out good rates in the hotel.

Nice and quiet little hotel, I greatly enjoyed its very central location near railway and metro as well as the historic centre. All the staff was top-class and incredibly friendly and I had an easy check in. The whole experience was good from start to finish, would recommend.
